Leftist Actress Triggered By Trump Report From Last Year

Bette Midler, an actress and the unofficial president of the anti-Trump Hollywood elite club, was again in the news last week when she made an asinine accusation of “murder” against former President Donald Trump.

According Breitbart –  Midler tweeted a shocking allegation Friday that claimed Trump tried to “murder” her opponent at a televised debate last January with Joe Biden by deliberately infecting him using COVID-19.

She continued to state that she believes Trump was “the devil.”

What did she say?

The famed Hollywood elitist, who has criticized the right for spreading conspiracy theories, asserted, without evidence, that Trump knew he had been given COVID-19 prior to a debate and deliberately attempted to infect his opponent.

“#DonaldTrump should be arrested for attempted murder. He tried to infect & kill #JoeBiden at the debate; by turning up too late to be tested, knowing full well he was positive; then screeched, sputtered, spit, and foamed at the mouth, hoping to infect Joe. He IS the devil,” Midler wrote.

Midler’s senile ramblings may have their roots in a book by Mark Meadows (Trump’s former chief-of-staff), who revealed that Trump tested positive for COVID-19 three days before the debate.

Meadows states that after testing positive for the virus, the president was given a more comprehensive COVID-19 test, which showed that he was negative. This allowed him to go to the much-anticipated debate event.

“The story of me having COVID prior to, or during, the first debate is Fake News,” a statement from Trump read. “In fact, a test revealed that I did not have COVID prior to the debate.”

What a hypocrite

Midler’s hypocrisy was evident, like many Hollywood stars. In September 2020, Midler signaled her desire to see Trump being physically assaulted by Biden just before the debate.

“I have to say this to #VicePresidentBiden, who is much more conservative than I ‘Sir, on Tuesday night you will be going toe to toe with a stupid, but wily street fighter. My advice is KICK HIM IN THE NUTS! And then do it again for the 200,000 people he murdered!’” Midler wrote at the time.

The comment “200,000 people he murdered” was made in reference to the COVID-19 death rate in America. According to the Washington Examiner, more people have died of COVID-19 since Biden’s administration, and this has not been addressed by her.

Politics aside, it’s sad to see otherwise talented and legendary actors lose their feeble minds over presidents and completely destroy their reputation in the process,  However, it seems like this has become the norm.
