The Biden Admins Enforces The ‘Transgender Mandate’, The Civil Rights Issue Of Our Time

The Biden Administration is trying to maintain requirements obligating spiritual doctors and hospitals to provide sex-charge surgeries despite their faith, according to The Blaze.

The Obama administration introduced the “transgender mandate” back in 2016.

The mandate set requirements on private insurance companies to provide coverage of sex-change procedures.

The legislation has met resistance from spiritual health professionals.

A judge in North Dakota said the mandate “violates their sincerely held religious beliefs without satisfying strict scrutiny under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.”

The White House said, “trans rights are human rights.”

Bide, called transgender discrimination the “civil rights issue of our time.”
