Mark Paoletta asserts that Biden violated federal laws when eliminating funds for the building of the boundary wall, based on The Western Jounral.
“Do you believe that the executive branch violated GAO’s standard of the Impoundment Control Act when it began withholding funds for the border wall?” Paoletta was asked.
